Fuego's Salsa Bars are a relatively new concept in Malta and the blistering evenings of red hot Latino music and dancing are proving to be a massive hit.
With two distinctive year-round venues in St Julian's and Qawra and a summer-only in venue in Ghadira, Fuego's appeal is wide-ranging and draws a clientele who arrive ready to party.
The bars offer funky indoor dance areas combined with fantastic outdoor terraces so that its patrons can salsa the long summer nights away with a refreshing breeze to cool them down when the dancing heats up. These terraces can be covered and heated in the winter to maximise the floor space in these popular bars.
The music is an uplifting mix of pure and commercial Latin played by top international Latino DJs. The contagious party atmosphere goes through the roof during the ongoing "Yes Brazil" nights when professional Brazilian dancers show the crowds some awesome new moves.
There is no entrance fee to get into Fuego's and the clubs are the only ones in Malta to adhere to a strictly over-18 entrance age. The clubs operate a strict door policy to maintain a well-intentioned crowd and the dress-code is smart casual.
